Data Collection

We only communicate with Google servers and Microsoft servers through their API Services (OAuth). You can revoke access at any time. We store Google Calendar event ID's and Microsoft Calendar event ID's to retrieve or delete them, when and where required by the application. Once using our Services, we may communicate with you if you've provided us the means to do so. For example, we may send you promotional email offers, or email you about your use of the Services. This confirmation and helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services.
In the mobile application, we provide option to fetch/sync the contact list that enable to effectively manage contact information that you provide to us as part of the Services. Sphere typically contain information on individuals (or organizations) including names, email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, social handles, online identifiers, and physical addresses. Syncing or fetching contact data is purely based on the consent provided by the customer and is optional.
By submitting your contact information, you are providing your express written consent to receive communications from us at the email address and telephone numbers you entered into our contact form, or that you later provide to us or enter into your contact page.
Data Use
We do not entertain any advertising on our site. We may use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience, i.e, your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
- To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries)
