How to connect Zoom with Sphere
To use Zoom within Sphere, you must first authorize Sphere to access your Zoom account.
Steps to connect:

Log in to Sphere
- Open Sphere and log into your account.

Go to Zoom Integration Settings
- From left menu, navigate to: Settings → Connect → Check the "Zoom" checkbox from Meeting Types.
- Zoom authorization screen shows up.

Click "Connect Zoom"
- You will be redirected to Zoom’s authorization page.
- Log into your Zoom account if you’re not already logged in.

Authorize Sphere
- Review the requested permissions.
- Click Allow to approve Sphere's access to your Zoom account.

Connection Confirmed
- You’ll be redirected back to Sphere.
- You will see a confirmation message indicating that Zoom has been successfully connected.
How to use Zoom integration in Sphere
Once connected, Sphere allows you to automatically create Zoom meetings directly from the Sphere platform.

- Once an user selectes "Zoom" from the meeting type while booking an event on Sphere Connect, it adds a Zoom meeing link and sends along with the connect event email.
How to disconnect or uninstall Sphere from Zoom
If you no longer want to use the Zoom integration with Sphere, follow these steps:
Option 1: Disconnect from Sphere
- Log into Sphere.
- Go to Settings → Connect.
- Click "Disconnect Zoom" under Meeting Types.
- Confirm when prompted.
Option 2: Remove Sphere from the Zoom App Marketplace
- Log into your Zoom account at https://marketplace.zoom.us.
- Go to Manage → Installed Apps.
- Find "Sphere" in your installed apps list.
- Click Remove.
- (Optional) Choose to revoke Sphere's data if desired.

- Sphere only accesses Zoom data necessary to create and manage meetings.
